Prior to joining Integrated Solutions, Joe held leadership positions in national CPA firms, where he specialized in both the SEC and financial services practices. His expertise extends to securities broker-dealers, alternative investment funds, registered investment advisers and 1940 Act Funds and working with clients in the public accounting arena on various aspects of SEC reporting, initial public offerings, and reverse merger transactions.

Joe holds a B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Pace University and is a licensed CPA in both New Jersey and New York.
